A hearty, deep red ale with full body and fine malt character. We add just enough hops to balance the malt. The result is smooth and rich without becoming too sweet.

Made from late season estate grown bittersweet apple varieties. Complex flavors of the tannic and astringent apples. 7.25% ABV.
Dungeness Orchard Blend
This delightful cider has no carbonation, allowing you to really focus on the flavor and mouth feel of the cider. Made with over 70 varieties of apples picked in the Dungeness Orchard. 6.8% ABV.
Tieton Cider Works (Tieton)
Wild Washington Apple (Semi-Dry)
A pineapple aroma and a pronounced mineral quality that give the cider a lively mouth feel. Notes of green apple and preserved lemon. 7.0% ABV.Pairing suggestions: Mild to strong clothbound cheddars
Apricot Cider (Semi-Sweet)
A crisp apple cider infused with the tartness of Apricots. The apple notes play a supporting role and let the tartness of the apricots shine, your mouth will taste both dry and fresh apricot flavors. 6.9% ABV.Pairing suggestions: Fresh goat/sheep's milk cheeses
Tieton Blend (Dry)
This crisp English style cider begins with a floral and fruity nose. It has perfectly balanced citrus notes, and then introduces hints of green grape skin and slate with a lingering pepper quality at the finish. 7.0% ABV.Pairing suggestions: Tieton Farm & Creamery Venus (the rind is washed in our Cider)

Gilbert Cellars (Yakima)
Sourced from 5 different vineyards within the Columbia Valley, our Unoaked Chardonnay is eager to impress with bright aromas of lemon meringue, candied pineapple, and apricot. Beneath the surface lie more subtle aromas of elderflower, hazelnut, and cream with a slight mineral tinge.
Pairing suggestions: Soft-ripened cheeses, sheeps milk cheeses
The Pilgrim Red Blend
A blend of 35% Mourvedre, 35% Grenache and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. After 22 months in 100% neutral French oak, the fruit really shines through with notes of cranberries and blackberries.

Allobroges Red Blend (Rhone varietals)
A blend of 37% Syrah, 34% Mourvedre and 29% Grenache. Ripe aromas of blackberry, plum, and late-season bing cherry deepen and soften with time in the glass as subtle aromas of sage, smoke, and baking spice begin to make their way forward.

A beautiful dark red color, with aromas of Cherry, and cigar box. Our Merlot coats your palate with bright cherry, plum, and rich mocha flavors.
